WELCOME TO BERGEN

Welcome to our city, both as a runner and a tourist. Bergen is an international city with a rich history. It is a big city with a small town feel. Join runners from all over the world in one of the most beautiful marathon courses we have ever seen! The start and finish are located at the wooden buildings at “Bryggen” (Wharf). During the run you can enjoy the view from Fjellveien.  You will pass Fisketorget (Fish Market) and run through the charming Gamle Bergen (Old Bergen). If you have not seen enough during the run, we recommend a trip with ‘Fløibanen’ or a trip with the cable car to the top of mount Ulriken.

There are also a wide variety of places to eat where you can enjoy a well-earned banquet after the run. You deserve to be celebrated!
